One was more focused on the community amenities like landscaped gardens, indoor pool, and surrounding waterfront views; the other video was focused on the interior elements and lifestyle by recording clips in the show suite. We had a clear winner — the short video showing waterfront views and the penthouse balcony view performed much better in generating leads and engagement.

DO THE NUMBERS LOOK GOOD?

They do. In fact, they are looking even better than the standard Facebook and Instagram ads that real estate ads usually gravitate towards. Of course, the performance is largely dependent on the ad creative, but given that there is less competition for ad inventory on the TikTok platform, this means your ad has a better chance of showing up in front of your target audience.
