Agent R is an award-winning business owner of three (3) consulting companies: GO Recruitment, GO Futures HR and JZT Management.
As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA CMA) with a MBA and BSc from the University of British Columbia, he loves helping companies succeed. His companies and himself have completed over 2000 positions of all levels from executives to contributors.
In 2006, he was awarded the Business in Vancouver’s 40 under 40 award for his innovations changing the way recruitment services are delivered to fast-growing companies. Raymond has been a Director, Advisor, Investor and Chair for both for-profit and non-profit boards such as the Learning Disabilities Association of BC, Social Venture Partners, Dress for Success, Science World’s Equity Giving Committee. He is still an active investor of Inetco Systems and LifeBooster and will be entering his first term as a Director for Tennis BC (Fall 2020).

With a background in classical music, geology and visual communication, Agent L focuses on researching effective ways to visually represent intangible information through design.
For the past 5 years, he has been creating design solutions for a wide variety of clients as a communication designer for advertising and visual communication agencies. His education in Emily Carr University of Art + Design also contributed to the winnings of several design awards both within the University and in the industry.
His scope of expertise encompasses branding, book and magazine design, typographic and type design, for both print and digital mediums.
