Little Red Book 2022 - A Hack to Get More Views for Your Video Posts
Ready to increase the views on your videos?
Here’s a hack that a lot of the growing accounts on Little Red Book are using. It’s simple to do it but of course you have to put in the work. Here’s what we mean.
Each week, you want to post at least 1 video, and your account will receive notifications from the platform on different tasks to complete for that week to earn more free views for your content. In essence, the more quality content you create, the more bonus views you will receive as a reward.
For example, if the weekly task is to post 2 video posts that each receives 10 likes each, and you complete this task, then the system will reward you with 500 to 2000 bonus views on your video.
Once you receive the bonus reward, you can use these bonus views to boost video posts that you shared within the last 30 days. Note that you cannot use these bonus views to boost photo posts. Take a look at the screenshot from my personal account to see how I’ve been able to receive bonus views of over 6000 in the past 2 months. It’s a formula that could work even for small accounts with less than 1000 followers.
By consistently posting and completing weekly challenges, you can earn bonus views to boost your video content on Little Red Book.
Sometimes the tasks can take the form of posting content and using a particular hashtag, similar to posting TikTok challenges or trending hashtags on TikTok. The top participating posts in a challenge could receive bonus views as a reward as well. Below is a screenshot of some sample challenges/tasks.

This is a hack that will earn you more views, engagements and follows. From personal experience testing on the platform, quality videos have resulted in more new followers in comparison to photo posts. Photo posts, if informative, generates more saves and shares because the content can be easily swiped through (in the form of a carousel) for reference purposes.
