The Challenge

 

Drive leads for 17-townhome project located on the Cambie Corridor.

 

Our Approach

 

This project was marketed during the onset of Covid, and we implemented a unique approach of revamping our ad copy to acknowledge the need for private work spaces, e-learning spaces, and directed digital ads to an appointment booking platform where interested buyers can pick a time for a virtual open house with the sales team. This made the process feel more personable, and gave the users the power to select a time to call, unlike the usual method, which is the sales team calls whenever they are free, interuppting prospective buyers in the middle of their day.

Using this approach, we helped the team book 69 opt-in buyer appointments over 3 weeks, while competitors didn't book any appointments because they weren't sure how to pivot their marketing during Covid times.

 

Results

 

Over the course of 13 weeks, we drove over 1100 sales leads through our digital marketing efforts. 69 online appointments booked with the sales team during Covid quarantine period.
