The Challenge
To craft a promotional offer that would appeal to the Chinese shopper in Canada and to drive viewership of and conversion from the Chinese live stream on February 9, 2021.
Our Approach
We engaged 20 beauty and skincare lifestyle influencers on RED to create organic content to drive awareness of the upcoming livestream, emphasizing the 3 different promotional offers aligned with SkinCeuticals' signature products. We also promoted the livestream through media placements on WeChat media outlets with long-form WeChat articles.
Results
While the performance results are confidential, the Client was extremely happy with the sales results and conversions that took place within 24 hours of the livestream as it surpassed their expectations by a large margin.
