The Challenge
Generate demand for waterfront community Pier West in the Chinese investor community.
Our Approach
Located along the water in beautiful New West, Pier West is an upscale residential community by Bosa Development.
Leveraging the Chinese investors high demand to invest in waterfront property, we marketed the various perks of the waterfront location, from the expansive Westminster Pier Park to the various transit connection hubs to other cities within Greater Vancouver, and proximity to highly-rated schools, colleges and universities. We also incorporated city planning details to showcase the upcoming growth in the area to help investors envision the appreciation potential of the area.
Results
On opening day, close to 4500 buyers were vying to purchase the 600 homes in Pier West.
