The Challenge
The client wanted to revamp their social media content to focus on educating their followers on how to use their quality Japanese products.
Our Approach
The previous approach was to share static photos featuring someone using the product, but we added social media video content, stop-motion videos, and time-lapse videos to showcase the actual process of how to use the various unique products.
Results
Improved retention and engagement rate with the new content mix to make the Instagram profile feed more interactive.
15-second video views went up by 74% comparing to the previous month and 1-minute video views went up by 435%.
