The Challenge

 

A refresh of the digital and social media ad strategy to bring down CPA and refresh the brand ad creatives

 

Our Approach

 

A discovery session with the client helped us uncover the unique selling propositions for the project. We assessed these USPs against the market conditions and target audience for this presale project.

Our team designed a new set of ad creatives to refresh the ads, leaning into the 'Buy Canadian' story. We also prepared a secondary set of ads for a/b testing. Finally, to provide variety to the advertising asset formats, our team leveraged AI tools to create a 15-second video ad, enhancing and refreshing the static renderings the client had been using for the past year.

 

Results

 

CPA on Google Ads decreased by 80.5% and the CPA for Meta leads decreased by 46%.
