How do you convey the elevated and sophisticated lifestyle of a new presale development when it’s just a project site? Located in South Granville, FORM by Anthem Properties gave us the creative freedom to work with Little Red Book influencers to showcase the lifestyle shops in the area instead of just doing a showroom tour.

Our creative brief for the influencers outlined the different shops in the South Granville neighbourhood we wanted them to visit and share their experience spending a day in the area. From a romantic (and delicious!) French bistro to a whimsical flower shop and furniture showroom across the street, viewers were able to get a sense of what it would be like to live in the South Granville community.

With just five participating influencers we generated over 240,000+ impressions and 42,000+ video views.
