ABOUT THE ROLE

The Digital Marketing Coordinator loves numbers and the data insights they can gain from analyzing them. The successful candidate is proficient in Excel work and is an extremely organized individual, because we count on this role to maintain Client files and campaign setups in an easy-to-navigate way. The focus of this role is on digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) with other digital marketing coordination tasks as required.

  • Show us examples of how you led or contributed to running successful digital advertising campaigns. In the interview, tell us how the data supported your campaign and details of how you did it

  • Tell us how you stay current on the latest digital marketing trends and what new skills you have learned and mastered in the last 12 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

There are 3 key elements to this role: Campaign Planning & Implementation, Optimization, and Reporting.

Campaign Planning and Vendor Sourcing

  • Sourcing and screening new media and influencer vendors to participate in our digital marketing campaigns.

  • Utilizing the allocated budget to prepare a campaign channel and budget breakdown. Collaborate with the internal team on this plan and present the team’s recommendations to Clients for approval.

  • Map out the customer journey for the digital marketing efforts and what tools to use to target different audiences.

  • Determine KPIs or OKRs for a successful campaign. Monitor the performance and report on the performance on a weekly basis to Clients in a summary email.

Campaign Setup, Monitoring, Optimization, Reporting

  • Setup of new campaigns and associated pixel tags for different platforms (Ie. GTM, Meta, TikTok, etc.) for internal team review prior to campaign launch.

  • Weekly review of the campaign performance for each Client campaign. Sharing the performance in weekly team meetings with recommendations on how to refine performance.

  • Monitoring Client campaigns and alerting the internal team or Client as needed to resolve issues.

  • Reporting on the performance of the campaigns on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on Client needs.

Digital Marketing Coordination

  • Receiving media files from vendors, organizing files for team and Client review, and sending approved files to publishing platforms.

  • Meeting with digital marketing reps from online platforms like Meta, TikTok, and others to stay up to date with the latest platform features.

  • Attending online or offline workshops, seminars, or events to stay up to date with current market trends.

  • Preparing marketing materials such as email newsletters, presentation decks, scheduling and publishing social media posts, handling client correspondence by phone and email on an as needed basis.
