The Challenge

 

Establishing, building, and maintaining English and Chinese social media channels to reinforce corporate branding as Canada's Largest Urban Community Builder.

 

Our Approach

 

Our team has worked with Concord Pacific for the past 8 years as their Social Media agency to build their online presence from the ground up.

The social channels are segmented into 'community' and 'corporate' channels, where community channels covered community events and sponsorships for the brand, and the corporate accounts focused on project promotions for interested home buyers.

We started first with Facebook, Twitter, and then moved into Instagram, WeChat and Weibo. For special community events where Concord Pacific has been an official sponsor, we have also designed branded SnapChat filters to highlight our involvement in communit events.

We have also brokered interesting brand partnerships and collaborations for various presale projects, including GUCCI and Burberry Beauty, to achieve win-win social campaigns to elevate our project branding.

Over the years working closely with the internal team, we have successfully created and defined the online Concord Social community brand and Concord Pacific corporate brand online as Canada's Largest Urban Community Builder.
