The Challenge
Real estate developer Concord Pacific's downtown Vancouver landmark residential building, The ARC, wanted to highlight the project's international architectural inspiration. The project was inspired by architectural landmarks in London, Shanghai, and Paris.
Our Approach
To establish a premium brand positioning and alignment for the real estate presale project, we collaborated with renowned London luxury brand Burberry Beauty for a Christmas campaign featuring a limited giveaway from their brand-new lipstick collection. The original WeChat content we created highlighted The ARC's London inspiration and connection, elevating the real estate project from being just a location, to being a collaborative partner of Burberry Beauty.
Results
The campaign was a win-win for both parties, since 100 Limited Edition Burberry lipsticks were claimed at the Burberry Beauty counter, driving new customers to their location, and Concord Pacific's The ARC leveraged this brand collaboration to elevate the positioning and subsequent pricing for the project upon its launch.
