The Challenge

 

Create an on-brand WeChat content strategy to appeal to realtors, current homeowners and prospective buyers.

 

Our Approach

 

We created different content categories that would appeal to each of the 3 readerships, and for each month we would create original content tailored for each audience. Each category was also tied back to the client brand's core values (such as enlightened living, and being personable and distinctive) to ensure consistency across their channels and that the Chinese social media efforts fit in with the brand's overall marketing strategy.

In addition to content writeups, we also designed branded article templates for each content category (culture, design, events, project announcements, etc.), to increase our brand awareness to readers who aren't currently followers of the account.

A thorough WeChat strategy that aligned with the client's target audiences and core brand values, consistent with the overall marketing strategy for the company.
